Ethridge, TN
They started increasing the spill level about 1:00 pm yesterday afternoon. It looks like they are trying to maintain a 370-371' level at the moment. Spill at Pickwick is coming down slowly, but we also got .9" of rain. even tho they are reducing the spill rate, tailwater at Pickwick is still rising. Pickwick is also still way high, and it will not take much of an event to make them open it back up. It will then cascade down the system, as they have already about used the safety factor up.

Just looked at the radar, and what is building to west of here may miss us, if it keeps tracking as it is now. But that may depend how much bigger it builds, alot of daylight hours left yet. It however, looks like it will run right up the Ohio River Valley.
