Are you running the latest software update from Stellar support?
There is a reason they come out with updates. I know every once in a while there might be a glitch in the system but they are always taken care of very quickly!
Also make sure your tractor has the latest CCU etc payloads. There have been lots of updates throughout the years on these tractors.
