As a former 911 dispatcher I will never give up my land line,had too many emergencies where it took too long to get an exact location out of somebody on a cell phone.
I know technology is getting better but on an enhanced landline 911 call the address pops up in front of you and you ask them if that address is where they are located and go from there.
