East Central, Nebraska | My ezguide plus stopped working correctly and I reinstalled the firmware and it worked fine. It is possible that your dealer somehow interupted the firmware install and it wouldn't work right, I would definatly try it again. If I was selling a $20k RTK system i wouldn't try too hard to get your $750 (on a good day) ezguide plus to work. if you decide to scrap it though i am always looking for deals, especially if you have a ez-steer to go with it. email is in my profile.
