NWTN | 7.3L is no doubt the most trouble free of them all . 6.0L is good in 06-07 cause they redesigned the heads from 05 model . if you can get a 05 low mile 6.0 just block the egr and replace the headgaskets and it should be good . I would try to find a low mile 7.3L but they are hard to find because most ppl that have em know how the newer motors are so they just keep their 7.3L cause they are such good trucks, they last forever
