Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I made a homemade cable that follows Trimble's diagram for an FMX to use with my 750.
The radar output worked fine but the coverage part did not. I guess I'll try this cable on the demo 750 we have at work that has been updated to V 1.05.
I don't really need the coverage map because much of the time an Insight will be doing the actual application.
I'm not exactly following your comment about the radar connection. My diagram shows using one pin and a common ground. The menu structure for turning this ON follows the scheme used with the 500 where the "sense" can be set as either high or low. I was just going to connect the sense wire to ground via a relay. |
