you could still be looking at the same issue, though. You're running 2 year old software in your display, so any kind of newer desktop software is going to be ready to export to newer display software.
You need to get at least v25.2 AsApplied into the display to read prescriptions from 10.0 or 10.5 SMS. v26 would also be acceptable and would bring you all the way up to current.
