Once the soil temp under the concrete warms, the sweating will cease. The dirt underneath is just like the ice water inside a glass on a warm humid day. Too much cold mass to warm up quickly enough to prevent sweating from happening.
For future reference, insulating the underside of concrete from cold ground will allow it to warm fast enough on most warm spring days to prevent sweating.
