NESD | Are you sure there aren't numbers etched into the bottom of the flowmeter insert? I have never found one that didn't have the cal numbers, also should have been a "Dog Tag" in the cab hanging on the wiring harness to the monitor with the cal numbers unless the flowmeter was replaced and the replacement tag was not hung on the harness.
How much solution is left in the tank when the monitor shows zero? Are you filling the tank to the point that it comes out the over flow tube or to where the sight gauge registers 800 gallons ?
In a case like this where the gallons are not coming out right I have a city water meter that I connect in to the center boom valve and circulate solution until the monitor shows 500 gallons and compare to the water meter and do the calculation to determine the correct calibration number. | |
