| If it is a family member, I go to be with the spouse. Like my brother in law had to have heart surgery so I went to be with my sister to help her pass the time. I think it is almost worse for the spouse of the patient if they spend a lot of time at the hospital. I mean the patient usually gets good drugs so they can be in la la land, and the spouse just sits there. So I think it just depends on who it is, and if you can help the family pass the time. Sitting in the hospital is worse then working physically a full day. | |
