NESD | I recently ordered some harnesses from the Grand Island location, they were a standard harness that they build but I asked for a modification to them, they said that was no problem but they would need to adjust the price accordingly, a few days later I got a call from the Indiana location to say the harnesses were done and that the price was $20 higher than the advertised price and was that OK.
He said that he just wanted me to know what the price was before I received the order as it was higher than the advertised price. They were very quick making the hanesses and I was very impressed to get a call before shipping to let me know of the price change. Great customer service.
