Subject: L 10 anti freeze

South Central MN
I have a case 9250 with an L10 cummins. It has a coolant filter.I need to change antifreeze because the test strip shows the coolant to be unbalanced chemically with one sode of the test being very high and one side being very low. The antifreeze in it now is green. I have some antifeeze from my fuel dealer that is called WeatherPro and says it is for heavy duty diesel engines and is a low silicate formula. Can I use this ? Do I need to add some DCA treatment to it. If not what should I use? Please , no speculation. Tell me what you know for sure. TIA
