Buying CORN fund

According to fund's founder,Teucrium.com, CORN is supposed to be designed to "reduce the effects of contango and backwardation." But it doesn't say "eliminate" so there will be some effect. Besides, just the cost of running the fund has to siphon off some of whatever benefits there may be, too.

But since it trades like a stock it surely brings in more participants to the corn market since a lot of people are afraid to trade futures. But I still don't get how many bushels one unit of CORN represents.
