| There are a lot of home owners upside down , Big Time, on their mortgages. I believe she thinks a lot of home owners have quit paying their monthly mortgages because there is no hope of getting above board.
A lot of folks are taking their $1000 to $3000 monthly mortgage payments, and splurging on different wants and needs. Some are even paying down their credit card debt with what was to be the mortgage money.
Probably take years to evict them.
