| I believe we'd need more information on amount of water, ocean currents and where the Tuna live to make that decision. I'm not discounting your thoughts, just believe we don't know enough. 1m gallons of water at x concentration of radiation from the reactors into Trillions of gallons of ocean water, then stir and chill=? concentration of radiation.
