Seems like there's way to much tonnage crossing S to N for em to be using that much.
More likely the usa itself is in fact the globe's main drug broker as a whole...just reload the stuff on usa infrastructure and it's off to everywhere else on the globe.
( think it would suprise everyone how much stuff like oxy comes across from the S, And plenty of other things...brown tar, mj, coke, meth etc. )
Theoretically the afore trade may not have anything to do with how the usa govt creates econ and makes money...but then again practice is generally different than theory.
