We have a clothes washer that will not fully empty the wash tub. It is a top loader and always leaves a little water in the bottom of the tub. It is really not in the tub but under the tub somewhere as you can hear it sloshing back and forth if you grab the center hub part. Any ideas as to why it is not "fully" draining? Thanks.
