I work very closely with a Precision Planting dealer that sells a lot of E-sets and I have watched E-sets plant any kind of seed you throw at them with 98-99.9% accuracy. I put a 20/20 monitor on a 24-row white planter and the majority of seed types you put in a White planter will only plant 80-90% accurate. In fact we took 16 White row units and ran them on the test stand and were not able to get near the accuracy that an E-Set can. There is defintely a need for Precision Planting to develop a system for white planters. A white planter is a good planter and can be operated very inexpensively because they are simple and have fewer wearable parts than any other planter on the market.
