NW IA | I recommend frozen mixed veggies plus potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes. celery, onion but the secret ingredient is a can of pork and beans. To your broth add beef bouillon cubes, worcestershire, garlic or anything you like to increase flavor but the pork and bean liquid really adds something. I use original Bush's baked beans but I'm sure any brand will do. There are also frozen veggies that say for soup and include diced potato I think. | |
