I would ask, what service/dealer are you comfortable with? That answers your question. I would go with the Miller.
That being said, what are you going to do with this machine? If you are planning on general stick welding and wire welding, then for sure go with the Miller. If your going to be open root t.i.g welding and running 5p+, then you should look at Lincoln.
