SC Iowa | Most places are not offering a lot of carry, which is keeping the pressure on the front end basis...and movement...
at some point, that pressure is going to lessen.....deliveries will slow a bit as fieldwork takes precedence and farmers are going to get further along in their selling programs......
demand will remain pretty constant per month.....
so, unless we (as an industry) have seriously misjudged the size of the remaining corn supply, I would expect basis to show slow and steady appreciation in your area.....
corn in Iowa should try to move S/SE over time....potential black hole in CR later this summer?? | |
