Thanks Jake,, I had hoped you would respond, another question if I may concerning the house part,,,I'm getting estimates in the range of $80 to $140 per square foot to rebuild, if the cost to rebuild doubles or more the appraised value at the county tax assesors office for the current home, does this create an IRS related problem?..If they pay me 10 20 or 30K more than the replacement home actually cost, does that then become income? do I have to document my expenses on the new home?.........Thanks again
