Subject: RE: Ancestry.com

Highland Center, in Southeast Iowa

I am addicted.  I've worked on various family history projects most of my life, traveling to courthouses and other resource places to piece together the stories.  Have been on Ancestry.com for a year now.  It's the best $155 I've spent in a long time.  As you're probably aware, it's based on the LDS family history data bases located in Salt Lake City.  The Mormon Church has been a resource for family history researchers for generations, and now it's all available online.  The full censuses and other legal records that you can access thru Ancestry is fascinating.  If you choose, you can make contact with other people researching family lines that intersect with yours and gather more info and personal stories that way.  Let's just say that I enjoy Ancestry.com!       :~)
