I put up a garage about 5 years ago. Put two doors in instead of one. Wish I would have put one big one in. Side of garage have been scraped by car and pickup more than once. May at a later time go to one big door. I did go with an eight ft. high door on neighbor's advice. He was also advising one big door, the contractor advised two. That was why I went with two.
