I am using a Windows 7 64-bit computer 8 gig RAM with Apex 3.1.  I cannot load image layers, specifically FSA NAIP images.  Apex immediately quits when I choose the button to open the file.  I have attached a snip of the screen. 

I can take an Apex backup from the WIN 7 64-bitmachine, restore it to Apex 3.1 on a Windows XP computer and import image layers from the identical image source file on a thumb drive.  Additionally, I can then take the Apex backup from the WIN XP computer, restore it on the WIN 7 computer and the new image layers are there.  I can import soils maps and field operations (yield, planting, tillage, etc) exported as shape files as management zones without problems on the WIN 7 computer.

Is it a problem with my data, the specific image file I am trying to use, or is it an Apex, WIN 7, 64-bit combination problem?
