We had the same set up as you and tedbear. Traded planters for a White last year, and went with the Insight only. Dad runs the planter and he really enjoys it, better than the DJ/JD 250. The bar graph is his favorite part, and there are visual warnings in addition to the beeps. If you are thinking of trading planters soon, I would wait. If you are planning on keeping it for a long time, spending the money on the wiring harness and module is well worth it.

ALSO, the as-planted maps and hybrid mapping are a real gem. We have been doing that for several years, best part of the whole set up. No need for the seed salesman to bring the weigh wagon, we look when we are done with the field, not just a shot across the best ground.
