| I just had the same thing. Running on VRS perfectly for a month with all FM1000 unlocks (Demo period) . Time ran out on Demos. Bought RTK and Glonass unlocks. Would capture 12 satellites, then steady lose them over a few minutes. Try again and same thing. I changed nothing but installing passcodes. Intuicom gets a nd maintains signal. New FM=sameresults, new antenna=same results, another new FM and antenna= works perfect!. We believe that the original antenna messed up the original FM and the replacement. When actually switched back old antenn at one point messing up second FM. Trimble is investigating. Doesn't make sense but i will never change an FM without new antenna. They are standing behind it all and i really had very little down time. Anyone heard of an AG25 somehow making the FM not be able to hold satellite fix? Or is there any other explanation. The original antenna was only common denominator to failure we could find and it was instant change from working to not. | |
