| You will need to pay for the RTK unlock on the EZ500, which if you are using WAAS(Ag15 ant.) now, will be $4000. For that fee you will receive a Ag25 antenna and an "unlock code" to be entered into the display, allowing the internal receiver to receive RTK corrections from your choice of sources, ie: radio network, cellular CORS, Trimble VRS, etc. You will need to add a communication device(radio, cell modem, rtk bridge) in addition to the unlock.
Sounds like you need to find a dealer that is a little more up to date. | |
