I just checked the website of our COOP which stretches from the Spokane area southeast through the palouse into Idaho and ships wheat down the river to Portland. It is 35 cents a quarter above 14 but does not say how high it goes.
That 40 cent discount per quarter below 14 is the exact reason we stick with soft white in our high rainfall area. Last time we grew DNS we had 10.5% protein on ours and most people nearby had similar results- that would be $5.60/bu discount now,
