Yes there is a way, I do the same thing you are talking about.
I use a db9 splitter coming out the back of the 500 serial 9 pin port. One split end has a bluetooth dongle to input CORS from phone. Other split end has another splitter. one split end goes to Insight (pins 3&5). Other end goes to Pro 600 (pins 2 & 5). Basically the monitors need communication in only, and bluetooth needs 2 way comm. So you need to disconnect or snip the appropriate pin (in splitter) to keep monitor from talking to 500 and interrupting CORS input.
