Any reason you don't want a dry boom?  Three sections of 1 1/4" tubing, some nozzle body clamps, hose and hose clamps and your done.  If you do go with a wet boom make sure you flush it out extremely well after the holes are drilled.  On our sprayer they must not have flushed it good enough and for the first couple thousand acres I fought plugged tips and finally figured out that it was plastic shavings from when they drilled the wet boom holes.
