Does anybody know what the deal is with the seawater? Is it being pumped into the reactor core? Then what? Where does the steam go, or the hot water? Back into the ocean? Sky? If it's indirect cooling, that would require the primary (core) cooling system to be functional. Is it? Just wondering....

I wish we had journalists that had a brain, so they could write informational articles.....
