Oklahoma | Thanks. I bought the whole new plastic pulley, rope, dogs, and housing last fall. It came assembled, all I had to do was pop the old rivets and rivet this on. I can pull the rope but apparently the spring doesn't catch or something because I can hear it jump then the rope is loose. I debated trying to redo the rope and put some tension in the spring before installing the rope but I was so frustrated by then that I quit for the day. | |
