Subject: Floor heat reinforcing

NW IL
Forgot how we did it last time. In floor heat for a garage/ small shop situation. Nothing over 12,000# will fit in shop, so jsut want to hold any cracks together, not support weight. If I use the screw in anchors to attach the PEX to the foam sheets, do we just use the heavier mesh panels supported by bits of brick (chairs are very expensive now), over the top of the coils? Or Support the mesh panels as above & fasten the coils to the mesh on the top of the mesh? I would think we're fine without re-rod if use the approx 1/4" wire mats.
Is it ok if like in the first way (coils in screw on holders), where the coils are really just laying on top of the foam?
