I want to know the answer to Mutt Boys question too. There is a bleeder in the back of the aftercooler.

Also I replaced a lot of tensioners on those engines in Rogators over the years. Make sure the fan/water pump belt is not slipping. This is of course after you get a heat gun and check the actual temp of the upper and radiator hoses.

If the temp is FAR apart, then there is a FLOW problem. Water pump, t-stat, belt slipping on water pump, plugged radiator.

If the temp is CLOSE together, then there is a CAPACITY problem. No air flow through radiator, not a large enough rad, not enough coolant, etc... An old mechanic friend taught me those sayings to remember.
