He is pulling a rope-a-dope on you .... making you think he is not going to farm and behind your back is at your landlords trying to rent ground away from you !!!!
I've known the guy to long for him to bluff me and I don't rent any other ground,never wanted to take my OLD equipment too far. Lol. But this is to close to me I thought I'd at least offer.
