Who is picking up the tab on the difference in price. Does the
power company have to pass it on to all users, or is it a government
subsidy<taxpayers> I looked up the US spot price is 1.9 cents/kwhr.
Just like wind , big money for a few groups and farmers and general
public pays the tab.
