Subject: Storing Dehydrated Jerkey & Fruit-Vacuum Sealed?

Macon, IL
Farm & Fleet had a clearance on some kitchen toys-so I picked up a dehydrator and vacuum sealer.

I had a pretty free week-so have spent last 3 days drying fruit and making a lot of beef and venison jerkey. Kids are inhaling the fruit-and I love the jerkey but am getting full and my jaw hurts from chewin.

We are vaccum packing it in snack sized packages for kids to take to school or me to take to field.

Now how should I store this stuff-refrigerator? Freezer? How long will it store?
