I put it on the AgTalk classifieds, but was wondering if there is anyplace better?  Old machine shop forums?  Maybe tractor collector sites where something like this might be of value?

Of all the things we have on the farm this is the one I know the least about.  It was Dad's baby.  I don't think I ever ran it until after he passed away.  We don't use it so Mom said sell it and put the space to good use. But I'm kind of at a loss where to list it.
