I have a customer trying to do related things with a RAWSON but that was before 3.10 which I have not confirmed has been fixed yet.  While the FMD seems to display the file correctly both visually and as a rate value in trying to "troubleshoot" the problem it seemed the multiplier was not consistent.

Again that was before 3.10 and hopefully I will know more if the rains stop here in central Nebraska and we have a chance to try it again.

I am hopeful the programmers are not trying to "protect" us from ourselves with "hidden" "default" values that we have no control over.
