NE LA. across from the fiberglass Charolais bull
Once you get everything installed, do a "drawbar" test to determine if you need any Machine Offsets. Make an A-B line with just the naked tractor and engage Autotrac. While Autotracking and with error bar at zero, stop the tractor and drop a surveyors pin flag down through the drawbar hole. Travel another 75 to 100 feet and drop another flag. Turn around and AutoTrac back over the flags. If the flags are not very close to the center of the hole, use the Change Ofsett function on the Machine tab to adjust it right or left as needed. Keep running the track in both directions until you are satisfied with the results. SF1 will never be perfect because of satellite drift, but you will be very satisfied with it. Use the Center Shift to re-center the line if you stop for repairs or lunch.
