There are a few things that should be checked, First is the Spray off pressure, this should be set at about 2/3 of the pressure that you are seeing when spraying, but need to be carefull here as having the spray off pressure too high can cause over application when slowing down to cross a washout, etc. Also the Min/Max setting should be set at 3 or 4 , never on 1,2 or 5, this is found by going into the controller, Set-up > page 2 > controller adjus t> top of the page is the min/max setting, check the boom charge setting at the bottom of the page, it should be on Auto, then check the pump calibration numbers, these are the numbers in the middle of the page, A should be 2000 - 4000 and B should be 6000 - 9000 if these numbers are not in the proper range a pump calibration needs to be performed, the instructions are in the OM
