I have the same setup you do. The markers are on the planter, but we don't usually use them. We used to use them on one field because the system wasn't good enough to follow the curve, but we changed how the rows run from curve to straight. I think the only time they were used last year was when I lost signal and I was 10 minutes from finishing so I dropped them and finished. Since I don't run the planter much, I would probably drop the marker on the ends just so I have a visual of where the tractor needs to be when I turn around. I would like to take them off because they stick out 40" past the last row so I can't get as close to power poles, fence lines, etc. We have one place where there is a row about 30" from the pivot box and the well, and grandpa didn't realize that the markers were that much further out, so the box ended up on the ground.
