Anyone have problems with propane tanks in the cold?

Are you seeing 0 pressure after the regulator or actually no tank pressure ? If after the regulator, then could be frozen regulator or cold tank. If tank pressure is 0, warm the tank.
If 0 tank pressure, make sure the tank is not covered with snow which insulates the tank from heat from the air and sun.
A quick fix I have seen for a frozen tank is to back a pickup with side exhaust outlet close along side the tank and let the hot exhaust blow on the tank at fast idle on the pickup
