I would think you would have a reason to take your state to court, for not respecting your rights as an english speaking individual, to have to try to make sense of what a yabber yabber spanish speaking telephone responder did or did not say when you called with a question. For all you know she was on a conference call with the fathers of her children wasting tax payer time and you would not know the difference.
