We have an 850 that we bought new, it is the small cam engine. The biggest problem we have had was the a/c, we blew the compresser up about 6 years agoand flipped it to 134(have to get a special seal from Carquest for compresser) and havent even had to top up the system since. I had a real good Cummins mechanic check the injectors and set them to specs and it still runs great. My nephew runs it and with a 40` cultivator it still works out to 1/2 a gallon / acre for fuel. I like it because WE can work on it without a laptop, even the clutch is only about 6 hrs. with two people. I have a guy that likes new tractors and he said to me one day that I should trade it and get a new one, I told him that I still have two payments left. It has about 10,000 hrs on it (no till has made a big difference in Hrs.) and we have painted it once. We change oil every 100 hrs.
