Crude is stockpiled, demand dropped after the holiday season and oil producers still kept producing with the then current demand. Prices should reflect this fairly soon, Saudi Arabia acts like they are the oil king still when they don't import much to the U.S. anymore (thanks canada!).
I'll wait until late march when the switch is made.
