Very good idea. We also have a 110' leg. Ours is just an arm with a pully on it but it is strong enough to lift up a new motor if needs be. Its a good idea to make it swing so you could pull up either side of a leg. We use two different cables, a smaller one for everyday stuff - bucket of tools or greasegun, and then a heavy cable for the big problems. We do not have a winch at the bottom but instead run the cable through a pully and then attach it to a 1/2 ton. Then you just back up the half ton to raise what your lifting - its a lot less winching that way. Your idea on a 120 plug up there is right on, for tools or maybe for an RTK tower someday.
