I did some checking I found on the hyundai site they do offer 0% on most models http://hyundaicanada.com/Pages/specialoffer/SalesPromotions.aspx

I crunched the numbers and there is a $500 diff. for the 0% going by the monthly payments and down payment quote she got compared to straight purchase. Could be some sort of fee.

I have to look into it more.
