Subject: RE: Kinze Twin Line-Good Bad Ugly?

Saronville NE
I had a 2600 16-31 and will never own another Kinze planter. The frame is heavy nuff no doubt, but the row units themselves arent. We welded alot on our row units, constantly cracking up. Pusher units are a PIA to lift up, and ours kept wanting to fall down. I was just disappointed in ours, have heard the 3600 has heavier row units. I have a neighbor with a 2600 12-23 and they also have a 7100 JD bought new in the late 70s, and have never welded on a row unit on it and have welded up all there row units on the Kinze. I wont buy another one.
